As Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions’ (PBD) Regional Sales Manager since 2017, Michelle is tasked with increasing the company’s brand recognition and footprint on a national level. She helps brokers and employers understand the advantages of self-funding and the ability to customize plan design to truly fit an employer’s needs.

Michelle believes it is important for clients to understand their utilization needs and how taking a value-based approach to formulary management, coupled with strong clinical programs, can help contain their pharmacy benefit expense while offering employees a robust benefit package.

Michelle and her husband love living in the Buffalo area and felt it was a great place to raise their two grown daughters. Very active in the United States Tennis Association (USTA) community, Michelle describes herself as a mediocre tennis player who still has dreams of greatness.

EXPERIENCE

Michelle is an accomplished result-driven sales and marketing professional with over 30 years of sales management experience. Using her industry knowledge and outgoing personality, Michelle has helped to increase PBD’s member footprint to all 50 states.

She believes that pharmacy benefit sales should be approached consultatively. Offering a strong knowledge base and a quality product, Michelle promotes transparency, mutual respect, trust and honesty with her clients.

Michelle’s strengths are identifying potential business, building and maintaining relationships with corporate decision-makers, and establishing large accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty.

Before coming to PBD, Michelle’s professional experience included roles as Regional Vice President of New Business Development at Unishippers, Business Development Executive at BirdDog Solutions in Andover, Mass., and President, Director of Sales/Marketing at NVS Interactive Media in Williamsville.

COMMUNITY WORK

Michelle was an active volunteer in the Girl Scouts of Western New York (WNY) where she served as a Girl Scout leader for six years. She was also very involved in the WNY girls softball community where both of her daughters excelled for 12 years.
